Any administrative process, office work activity, time lapse or application of office resources / materials that do not directly enhance value as perceived by customers is contrary to the principles of Lean - Identification and elimination of such wasteful work practices in the office is the responsibility of everyone in the organisation.
By the end of this programme delegates will . . .
Master the necessary skills and techniques needed to apply the principles and practices of Lean to all their office work practices. Delegates will also learn how to ensure that their new improved work practices are permanently entrenched. The programme is very practical and delegates will be given an assignment to apply the techniques in project work at their workplace.

Public Presentations of this training programme will take place at the Corporate Conference Centre (101 Edward Dr, Edenvale, Johannesburg) near to the Linksfield Off-ramp on the N3. See below for details of the venue.

From Pretoria or Roodepoort:
From Pretoria take the NI South and at Buccleuch interchange take the N3 South. From Roodepoort take the N1 North and at the Buccleuch interchange take the N3 South. Take the forth off-ramp (Linksfield M16) and turn left at the traffic light. As you turn, proceed into the right hand lane and after 50 metres, turn right into Edward Drive (before the Engen Garage). Corporate Conference is on the right (just before the Boom).
From Johannesburg Central Business District (CBD):
From the CBD take the M2 East. Take Francois Oberholzer turn-off onto the N3 North. Take the third off-ramp (Linksfield M16) and turn right at the traffic light. As you turn, proceed into the right hand lane and cross over the motorway. About 50 metres after crossing the motorway turn right into Edward Drive (before the Engen Garage). Corporate Conference is on the right (just before the Boom).
From O R Tambo Airport or the East Rand:
From the Airport take the R24 towards Johannesburg. The R24 merges with the N12 West just before the Gilloollys Interchange. From the East Rand take the N12 West to the Gilloollys interchange. At the Gilloollys Interchange take the N3 North (marked Pretoria). Take the first off-ramp (Linksfield M16) and turn right at the traffic light. As you turn, proceed into the right hand lane and cross over the motorway. About 50 metres after crossing the motorway, turn right into Edward Drive (before the Engen Garage). Corporate Conference is on the right (just before the Boom).
Alternatively, from the East Rand take the N17 East. After the Toll Gate near Rand Airport take the N3 North (marked Pretoria). Pass straight through the Geldenhuis Interchange and take the third off-ramp (Linksfield M16) and turn right at the traffic light. As you turn, proceed into the right hand lane and cross over the motorway. About 50 metres after crossing the motorway turn right into Edward Drive (before the Engen Garage). Corporate Conference is on the right (just before the Boom).
